The terms of the contracts are October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020. The major provisions of the contracts include base wage increases of 2% effective the first pay period of January of each fiscal year. The agreements also contain other benefits including a new step beginning in 2019.
