Message and order approving an appropriation of Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00) to the Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Liability Trust Fund established under Section 20 of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 32B.

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to appropriate the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) from the City's Capital Grant Fund in order to increase Boston's Vision Zero capital program investment in Fiscal Year 2018 (FY18) to $4.1 million. This funding which will expand our Neighborhood Slow Streets program is part of the City's comprehensive investment in street safety.

These matters were sponsored by the Mayor, and referred to the Committee on June 21, 2017 .
