This yoga class will bring you through postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. This class, taught by Not Your Average Yoga teacher, will help you strengthen the body and the mind as you realize your spirit, impact, and self-worth. Classes will incorporate coping skills along with relaxation techniques.

Chair yoga is great for everyone but particularly for those who prefer to move with the support of a chair. Chair Yoga will energize our bodies, cultivate resilience, explore spinal movements and build core strength and flexibility through accessible seated postures. First thing in the morning -- it's better than a cup of coffee!
