Public Improvement Commission hearing

At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on April 25, 2019.

On a petition by Verizon New England Inc. to Relocate One Utility Pole within Public Alley no. 432, Roxbury, to be located on its northwesterly side at the rear of 262 Commonwealth Avenue, generally between Fairfield Street and Gloucester Street.

On a petition by Crown Castle Fiber for a Grant of Location with lead company status and no participants to install new telecommunication conduit with City shadow and electrical infrastructure within the following public ways in East Boston:

Chelsea Street – generally at Brooks Street.
Brooks Street – between Chelsea Street and Morris Street.
Morris Street – southwest of Chelsea Street.
Porter Street – generally between Cottage Street and Lubec Street.
Cottage Street – southwest of Porter Street.
