Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston D/B/A Boston Planning and Development Agency

1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the March 14, 2019 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to execute an amended License Agreement with Crown Castle NG East to allow access to underground conduit network for the installation, use and maintenance of 200 linear feet of fiber optic cable, to provide telecommunications and data services within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to allow T-Mobile Northeast LLC temporary placement of “Cell On Wheels” on a portion of Lot V-1 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to enter into a license with Caldwell Marine International L.L.C. to allow temporary use of a portion of land and berth on Pier 5 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for a barge staging to backfill a section of a submarine cable trench in the Boston Harbor.

5. Request authorization to amend the lease agreement with 5-11 Drydock, LLC, also known as Northcoast Seafoods, to acknowledge the right to sub-lease the second floor of 5 Drydock Avenue for “permitted uses”; to extend the term limit and for an increase in rent within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

6. Request authorization to consent to a sub-lease between 7 Tide Street, LLC and Creative Pilot, Inc. for use of 7,556 square feet of second floor space at 7 Tide Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7. Request authorization to award a general construction contract to SumCo Eco Contracting for the Environmental Remediation at 339 Northern Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $676,030.00.

8. Request authorization to advertise an Invitation for Bids for the Bulkhead Rehabilitation at the East Jetty within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
