    0501 Message and order approving a supplemental appropriation for the Library Department for FY19 in the amount of Seven Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Four Dollars ($732,604.00) to cover the FY19 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the City of Boston and the Boston Public Library Professional Staff Association (PSA). The terms of the contracts are October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, and October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020. The major provisions of the contracts include base wage increases of 2% effective the first pay period of January of each fiscal year and a new step starting in 2019.
