1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the August 16, 2018 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation and continue lease negotiations with Wharf 8/Pier 7 Partnership, LLC to facilitate the redevelopment of Wharf 8/Pier 7 located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with CV Properties, LLC for the use of approximately 3,000 square feet on the fifth floor of 12 Channel Street, Suite #506 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to approve Change Order No. 2 to MacKay Construction Services for purposes of providing additional construction services to the Parcel V1 parking lot within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $94,093.59

5. Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for the General Construction of Roadway Improvements at Black Falcon Avenue and Terminal Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
