Conservation Commission Meeting

The Conservation Commission will hold its next bi-weekly meeting on January 17, 2018 at 6 p.m.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Boston Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in Boston City Hall, Piemonte Room, on January 17, 2018 to review the following projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose in order to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, ground water, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat.

    Notice of Intent for DEP File No. 006-1564 from CLE Engineering on behalf of the U.S. Coast Guard for proposed repairs to 234 existing piles beneath Wharf 4 and Pier 3 located at 466 Hanover St, North End, MA (LUO)

    Acceptance of Meeting Minutes from January 3, 2018
