    1386 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Nine Dollars ($417,809.00) in the form of a grant for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program-Local Solicitation, awarded by the United States Department of Justice to be administered by the Police Department. The grant will fund four Domestic Violence Advocates.

    1387 Message and order to reduce the appropriation for the FY19 Reserve for Collective Bargaining by One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($155,895.00) to provide funding for Property Management for the FY19 increases contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the City and the Municipal Police Patrolmen's Association.

    1388 Message and order approving a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($155,895.00) to cover the FY19 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the City of Boston and the Municipal Police Patrolmen's Association. The terms of the contracts are July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 and July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020. The major provisions of the contracts include base wage increases of 2% effective the first pay period of October of each fiscal year.     2018 Docket #0263, order for a hearing to consider the benefits of net-zero carbon requirements and incentives for the future construction in the City of Boston, submits a report recommending the Order ought to remain in Committee.

  5. MATTERS RECENTLY HEARD-FOR POSSIBLE ACTION:

    1232 Message and order authorizing the Department of Neighborhood Development to accept and expend an award of Four Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($4,920,000.00) from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the FFY17 Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program.

     

    1333 Message and order for your approval a Declaration of Trust entitled "My Way Cafe Trust Fund." This Trust will further promote the public health, safety, convenience and welfare by promoting the health of students in Boston's schools. This Trust establishes a fund in the City to renovate or retrofit kitchens and to facilitate serving fresh, healthy meals cooked on-site in various Boston Public Schools.
