1.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the September 14, 2017 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with Kastlebridge, LLC for use of 500 square feet at 12 Channel Street, Suite #103 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with MassRobotics, Inc. for use of 2,000 square feet at 12 Channel Street, Suite #202 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with Green Sight Agronomics for use of 10,000 square feet at 12 Channel Street, Suite #605 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Boston Print Specialists, LLC d/b/a AlphaGraphics Boston for use of the 969 square foot Cage B2 in the basement of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

6. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with The New Boston Pride Committee, Inc. for use of the 1,315 square foot Cage B7 in 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7. Request authorization to extend the contract with CoStar Group, Inc. for the real estate marketing and analytic service subscription, in an amount not to exceed $37,500.00.

8. Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston, acting by and through its Property Management Department authorizing the use of security services at the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park and 43 Hawkins Street.
