1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of June 15, 2017 Meeting.

2.Request authorization to schedule a Public Hearing on August 10, 2017 at 5:30 p.m.; or at a date and time to be determined by the Director, to consider the Institutional Master Plan Notification Form for the First Amendment to Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University 2014 Institutional Master Plan.

4. Request authorization to enter into a contract with Northern Contracting Corp. for the construction of Tenant Improvements for the Boston Public Library – Chinatown Branch at the China Trade Building located at 2 Boylston Street, in an amount not to exceed $794,100.00.

5. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for the disposition of Parcel 22a located at 151 Lenox Street in the South End Urban Renewal Area for a community center or a mixed use development.

6. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for a long term lease and development for the remaining portion of Parcel P-12 located at 290 Tremont Street in the South Cove Urban Renewal Area for a mixed use development.

7. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for the Thomson Place Network Analysis and Design to prepare a transportation network analysis and design modifications to Thomson Place between Congress Street and Seaport Boulevard in the Fort Point/Seaport neighborhood.

8. Request authorization to extend the Final Designation of Melnea Partners, LLC as Redeveloper of Parcels X-28A and X-28B in the South End Urban Renewal Area, also known as Parcel 9, in the South West Corridor Development Plan.

9. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation of the East Boston Community Development Corporation for the lease and redevelopment of 148-172 Condor Street.

10. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with the John F. Kennedy Family Service Center, Inc. for use of a portion of John O’Reilly Park in Charlestown for a seasonal Farmer’s Market.

11. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with the Cap Long Wharf LLC for use of a portion of Long Wharf Park in the Downtown Waterfront Urban Renewal Area for demolition laydown space.

12. Request authorization to issue a Certificate of Completion for the 600 Harrison Avenue project in the South End.

East Boston

13. Request authorization to issue a Certification of Approval in accordance with Article 80E, Small Project Review of the Zoning Code for the construction of 23 condominium units, including 3 IDP units, and 25 parking spaces and bicycle storage located at 114 Orleans Street; to recommend approval to the Board of Appeal for the necessary zoning relief; and, to take all related actions.

14. Request authorization to issue a Certification of Approval in accordance with Article 80E, Small Project Review of the Zoning Code for the construction of 19 condominium units, including 2 IDP units, and 21 parking spaces and bicycle storage located at 10-16 Everett Street; to recommend approval to the Board of Appeal for the necessary zoning relief; and, to take all related actions.

15. Request authorization to terminate the existing Amended and Restated Affordable Rental Housing Agreement and Restriction in connection with the 70 Bremen Street project; to enter into an Affordable Housing Agreement; and, to take all related actions.

Dorchester

16. Request authorization to issue a Scoping determination waiving further review pursuant to Article 80, Section 80B-5.3(d) of the Zoning Code for the construction of the Pipefitters Association Local 537 Training and Office Facility located at 40 Enterprise Street; to recommend approval to the Board of Appeal for the necessary zoning relief; and, to take all related actions.

Charlestown

17. Request authorization to issue Certificates of Completion for the two single family houses on Parcel R-11B one located at 344 Medford Street and one located at 7 Kelley Court. 

South End

18. Request authorization to issue a Certificate of Completion for the residential rehabilitation on Parcel RR-89 located at 213 West Springfield Street. 

19.   5:40 p.m.:  Request authorization to approve the Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 85, 99 Sumner Street, East Boston for the construction of 119 residential homeownership units, including IDP units, 7,200 square feet of shared-work space and 83 off -street parking spaces located at 99 Sumner Street; to petition the Zoning Commission for approval of said Development Plan and associated map amendment, pursuant to Sections 3-1A.a and 80C of the Zoning Code; to issue a Determination waiving further review of Section 80A-6 of the Zoning Code in connection with the Notice of Project Change; and, to take all related actions.

20. Request authorization to expend Harvard Allston Public Realm Flexible Fund to seven non-profits; to enter into grant agreements with said non-profits; and, to take all related actions.

21.  Request authorization to submit applications to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development MassWorks Infrastructure Program in support of various projects; to enter into Grant Agreements with respective entities for the use of the MassWorks Infrastructure Program Grant; and, to take all related actions.
