    1.    Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the June 12, 2025, Board Meeting.

    LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

    2.    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Cablevision Lightpath, LLC to install, maintain, and service appropriate infrastructure to provide internet, voice, video, and data services in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for a period of 10 years commencing August 1, 2025 and ending July 31, 2034, with 2 five-year option extension terms.

    3.    Request authorization to extend a License Agreement with the City of Boston Public Improvement Commission for Suite #401 at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for a period of 6 months ending December 31, 2025.

    4.    Request authorization to amend the lease with ADI Print Solutions, Inc. for Suite #801 at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for a period of 10 years commencing July 1, 2025 and expiring June 30, 2035, with one five-year option extension term.

    6.    Request authorization to execute a contract with Aetna Fire Alarm Service Co. for Inspection, Testing, Servicing and Full Preventative Maintenance of Fire Alarm Equipment in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for a term of 3 years with 2 one-year extension term options and for a total contract amount not to exceed $250,000.

    7.    Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for Electrical Repair and Maintenance Services at EDIC-owned properties, for a term of 3 years with 2 one-year extension term options.

    8.    Request authorization to execute a contract with Jewish Vocational Services for an Employment and Career Pathways Coordinator to provide technical support to the Greater Boston Climate Resilience Jobs Alliance partners for a 3-year term, with a one-year extension term, and in an amount not to exceed $160,000.
