  • Application for Building Portfolio from PowerOptions on behalf of Wentworth Institute of Technology for twenty-six (26) buildings in the neighborhoods of Fenway and Mission Hill. Application was submitted via Pathway 2 and includes a college /university, services, and storage building uses.   • Application for Building Portfolio from Boston Medical Center for four (4) buildings in the neighborhoods of Roxbury and South End. Application was submitted via Pathway 2 and healthcare and office building uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance.
