    LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

    2.   Request authorization to amend the lease agreement with Clarke Corporation to permit the sublease of approximately 2,500 square feet of space at 7 Tide Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park to NeoScape, Inc. for a period of 3 years with one 2-year renewal option, commencing January 1, 2025 and expiring December 31, 2027.
