MINUTES 

1.    Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the August 15, 2024, Board Meeting. 

LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT 

2.    Request authorization to amend the lease agreement with Central Service Committee for the use of 12 Channel Street, Suite #604 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, and extend the lease from September 30, 2027 to March 31, 2037.  

3.    Request authorization to (1) amend the lease agreement with Global Protection Corporation effective February 1, 2025, to recapture Suites #401 and #701 at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park; and (2) further recapture Suite #702 and amend the lease to include Suite #805 if it becomes available.  

TENTATIVE /FINAL DESIGNATION/CONVEYANCE 

4.    Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of Eastern Salt Company and facilitate the long-term lease and Redevelopment of Parcel M located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for 3 months until December 31, 2024.  

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS 

5.    Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a vendor to conduct a Healthcare Labor and Workforce Needs Analysis as part of the Life Sciences Workforce Development Initiative.    

6.    Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a consultant to provide design services and construction documents for repairs at Berth 10 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
