Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes multifamily housing. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance.

  3. Request to authorize Environment Department to discuss adjustments with applicants ahead of a hearing, including items such as proposed relief, supporting evidence, and proposed special conditions.
