Building Portfolio Application
Application for a Building Portfolio from Fenway CDC for five (5) buildings in the neighborhoods of: Back Bay, South End, and Fenway. Application was submitted via Pathway 1 and includes multifamily housing. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance.
- Request to authorize Environment Department to discuss adjustments with applicants ahead of a hearing, including items such as proposed relief, supporting evidence, and proposed special conditions.
