Public Improvement Commission Hearings

HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on April 11, 2024.

PH 1.  On a joint petition by the City of Boston Public Works Department and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for the Discontinuance of any and all rights to travel the public may have had within the entirety of Jones Avenue Footway (public way), Dorchester, located between Ballou Avenue and Norfolk Street.

PH 2.  On a petition by HP Trax Realty LLC for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Hyde Park, consisting of curb realignment, roadway and sidewalk reconstruction with structural soil, as well as new and relocated pedestrian ramps, specialty pavement, street lighting infrastructure, street trees, green stormwater infrastructure, stormdrain infrastructure, bike racks, hydrants, driveway curb cuts, and a raised crosswalk:

• River Street – on its southerly side at address no. 1318, generally west of Business Street;

• Business Street – south of River Street.

• Bussey Street – generally at Walter Street and South Street;

• Walter Street – generally at Bussey Street;

• South Street – generally at Bussey Street.

• Chauncy Street – generally at the side of 1 Summer Street, northeast of Bedford Street.
