Air Pollution Control Commission Notice of Rulemaking

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, notice is hereby given that the Air Pollution Control Commission is proposing clarifying edits and corrections of typos to regulations adopted pursuant to the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance, Boston City Code, Ordinances, Section 7-2.2. If you would like to provide comments you may submit written comments to apcc@boston.gov or the Air Pollution Control Commission, Boston City Hall, Environment Department, Room 709, 1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201. Written comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024.

The public will have further opportunity to provide comments during an upcoming hearing on April 17 at 2:30pm. The Commission provides public notice at least ten (10) days in advance of hearings at boston.gov/public-notices. Translation and sign language interpreters are available upon prior request. Requests for accommodation must be made at least five (5) days prior to the hearing at the address above or by email at apcc@boston.gov.
