MINUTES

1.    Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the December 14, 2023, Board Meeting.

LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

2.   Request authorization to extend the License Agreement with the City of Boston Mayor’s Office of Housing for the continued use of approximately 15,000 square feet of space located at 12 Channel Street, Suite #902 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park to December 31, 2024, with additional terms not to extend past December 31, 2025; and to take all related actions.

3.   Request authorization to Co-Petition the Public Improvement Commission with Cronin Drydock LLC for a License in connection with the redevelopment of the 24 Drydock Avenue Project; and to take all related actions.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS

4.   Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for consultant services for a Technical Assistant to support the FY24 Neighborhood Jobs Trust Category 2 grantees; and to take all related actions.

5.   Request authorization to execute a contract with DBI Waste Systems, Inc. for trash removal in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $40,000 per year, or $120,000 over a three-year term; and to take all related actions.
