1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the September 14, 2023 Board Meeting.
LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/ EASEMENT
2. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of The Cronin Group, LLC. until April 30, 2024, and to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of EDIC-owned 24 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
3. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of Ameresco, Inc. until April 30, 2024, for the air rights lease and development of a solar canopy at the EDIC-owned parking garage located at 12 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
4. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status to 22 Drydock, LLC, for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the EDIC-owned 20 and 22 Drydock Avenue site within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
5. Request authorization to execute documents in connection with a lease agreement between T. Barros, Inc., d/b/a Pete’s Dockside’s, located at EDIC-owned 12 Channel St., Suite 104 in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, and execute an amendment of the Lease Agreement to GEMA Group Inc.
