HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on September 7, 2023

UP 1.  On a petition by Eversource Energy for a Utility Pole Installation within Gardner Street, Brighton, to install one new private guy anchor to be located on its northerly side generally east of Malvern Street.

UP 2.  On a joint petition by Eversource Energy and Verizon New England Inc. for a Utility Pole Installation within Canterbury Street, West Roxbury, to install four new private utility poles to be located on its northwesterly side generally northeast of Bourne Street.

UP 3.  On a petition by Verizon New England Inc. for a Utility Pole Installation within Millet Street, Dorchester, to install one new private utility pole to be located on its westerly side at address no. 75, generally south of Park Street.

PH 1.  On a joint petition by 88 NOWA LLC and the Boston Redevelopment Authority (d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency) for the Vertical Discontinuance of a portion of North Washington Street (public way), Boston Proper, located on its westerly side at address no. 88 north of Anthony "Rip" Valenti Way, vertically above the grade of the sidewalk.
