At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on July 27, 2023

Utility Pole Hearing

On a joint petition by Eversource Energy and Verizon New England Inc. for a Utility Pole Installation within Crosstown Avenue (public way), West Roxbury, to relocate one private utility pole to be located on its northerly side generally at address nos. 1-7, west of Centre Street.

Public Hearing

On a petition by the Boston Redevelopment Authority (d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency) for the acceptance of two Pedestrian Easements adjacent to the following public ways in Boston Proper:

Hudson Street – on its westerly side at address nos. 49-63, generally between Kneeland Street and Harvard Street;

Tyler Street – on its easterly side at address nos. 48-58, generally between Kneeland Street and Harvard Street.
