MINUTES

1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the June 15, 2023 meeting.

LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT

2. Request to execute and deliver a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston, acting by and through its Property Management Department, authorizing the services of and payment for physical security and emergency response services provided by the Municipal Protective Services and Municipal Operations for properties owned by the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS

2. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals to seek a vendor to implement a wraparound support framework that will support Good Jobs Metro Boston Coalition participants.

3. Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids pursuant to M.G.L. c.149 for Inspection, Testing, Servicing, and Full Preventative Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, Boston MA.

4. Request authorization to execute a contract with Rapid Flow, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $277,950.00 for Storm Drain Cleaning and Camera Investigation in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to enter into a one-year contract with CDW LLC., with a total cost of $90,093.14 for Adobe software licenses.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

6. Request authorization to transfer the Director of SPARK Boston position to the Community Engagement Cabinet. The EDIC will reimburse the City of Boston for actual costs including salary, employment benefits, and fringe and programmatic costs.
