1. Discussion and vote on BLC’s recommendation for the approval of the City of Boston through the City Council and Mayor of a preservation restriction agreement pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 184 Section 32 on The Hayden Building, 681-683 Washington Street, Boston, MA to be held by Historic Boston, Inc.
2. Review and ratification of public hearing minutes from 02/14/23 & 2/28/23.
