HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on January 26, 2023.

PH 1.  On a petition by Willow Baker LLC for the Widening & Relocation of the existing right-of-way lines of Willow Court (public way), Dorchester, located on its northeasterly side at address no. 75, generally southeast of Baker Court.

PH 2.  On a joint petition by Willow Baker LLC, 85 Willow Court Condo Trust, 8 Baker Court Condo Trust, and Baker Court LLC for the Widening & Relocation of the existing right-of-way lines of Baker Court (private way open to public travel), Dorchester, located on both sides generally at address no. 16, northeast of Willow Court.
