1.    Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the December 15, 2022 Meeting.

2.    Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with the Massachusetts Port Authority for the use of Bollards #1 and #2 on Parcel M located at 3 Dolphin Way within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

3.    Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for Landscaping Services in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

4.    Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals to engage a consultant to create a marketing campaign to promote the Office of Workforce Development Tuition Free Community College and Boston Saves programs. 

5.    Request authorization to enter into a contract with Slalom LLC for implementation services with the Salesforce Developer Portal, in the amount not to exceed $568,549.20.

6.    Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with The City of Boston acting by and through its Office of Returning Citizens for the use of third floor of 30 Dimock Street in Roxbury.
