1.         Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the September 15, 2022 Meeting.

2.         Request authorization enter into License Agreement Amendment with Coastal Marine Construction, LLC, for the use of a portion of Dry Dock 4/Pier 5, located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for construction laydown and berthing.

3.         Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of Ameresco, Inc. for the air rights lease and development of a solar photovoltaic canopy above the parking garage located at 12 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4.         Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of The Cronin Group, LLC to facilitate redevelopment of 24 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5.         Request authorization to execute a second design contract amendment with STV Incorporated for additional construction administration providing additional construction inspector services for the roadway and streetscape improvements to Northern Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.

6.         Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids from qualified subcontractors and general construction contractors for the 12 Channel Street Stair Pressurization project within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7.         Request authorization to amend the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston's Residency Policy.
