    2.         Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with Topologic, Inc., for the use of Suite #805, which is approximately 2,928 square feet located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    3.         Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Mass. Bay Brewing Company, Inc., to allow Harpoon to reopen the outdoor hospitality space on a small portion of Parcel S-3 for the “Mr. Swindles Travelling Peculiarium and Drink-Ory Garden” within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    4.         Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with Droplette, Inc. for the use of Storage Cage B-7, which is approximately 1,236 square feet located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    5.         Request authorization to extend the Lease Agreement with MassRobotics, Inc. for the continued use of Cage 1-E, which is approximately 326 square feet located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    6.         Request authorization to award a contract to Gale Associates, Inc. for design services and construction administration to repair the loading dock platform and roof overhang canopy located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L.     10.       Request authorization to execute a design contract amendment with STV Incorporated for additional construction inspector services for the roadway and streetscape improvements to Northern Avenue within the Raymond L. Fynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $55,182.88. 

    11.       Request authorization to execute a design contract amendment with Studio Enee, Inc. for additional design and construction administration services for the 12 Channel Street Stair Pressurization Project within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount of $153,519.00.

    12.       Request authorization to award three-year contracts for General Repairs and Maintenance Services on an “as needed” basis for EDIC-owned properties to ACK Marine & General Contracting, LLC; D’Allessandro Corp.; Fleming Bros., Inc.; JEWN Enterprise Inc; Sanibel Electrical Corp; and Scott’s Industrial & Commercial Painting Inc, in an amount not to exceed $800,000.00 annually.
