Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the December 13, 2018 Meeting.

Request authorization to grant Tentative Designation to Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center, Inc. as Redeveloper of Berth 10 and water sheet; to enter into a License Agreement for interim use; and, to enter into a Lease Agreement for the long term use of Berth 10 and water sheet within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to ratify and confirm a Third Amendment to the Lease with New Palmer Street Limited Partnership for the use of 10,000 square feet of commercial space located at 7 Palmer Street in Roxbury.

4. Request authorization to enter into a three year Contract with VistaShare for technology-related services for Boston Saves, the City’s Children’s Saving Account Program, in an amount not to exceed $170,000.00.
