Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency

1.         Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the July 12, 2018 Meeting.

2.    Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation and continue lease negotiations with Wharf 8/Pier 7 Partnership, LLC to facilitate the redevelopment of Wharf 8/Pier 7 located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for the redevelopment of 24 Drydock Avenue located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for Information Technology-Related services for supporting and expanding a technology platform for Boston Saves, the City of Boston’s Children’s Saving Accounts Program.

5. Request authorization to enter into a three year contract with Box, Inc. for Content Management software, support and training, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
