City of Boston Compensation Advisory Board Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is for Segal Waters Consulting (Segal) to present further information relating to a December 2017 draft of a personnel compensation study for senior management positions at the City.  Segal prepared the study, and the further information noted above, at the request of the CAB and the City, for use by the CAB in making recommendations for revisions to that part of the City Ordinance covering salary ranges for certain City management positions.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 617-635-4233 or via email at john.natoli@boston.gov.
