Bay Village: 46 and 48 Fayette Street Abutters Meeting
Due to insufficient flyering, a second abutter’s meeting will be held to allow additional community feedback. The applicant has been approved for a ZBA hearing on August 26, 2025 for 46 Fayette Street, with a date TBD for 48 Fayette Street.
Please note: Two separate proposals will be discussed.
- Proposal #1 – 48 Fayette Street: Erect three-story with garden-level rear addition; rear deck on third floor.
- Proposal #2 – 46 Fayette Street: Erect two-story infill rear addition over existing rear elevation; decks on first, second, and third floors.
The purpose of this meeting is to get community input and listen to the resident's positions on this proposal. This is a virtual meeting via Zoom.
