PMD – ABATEMENT AT TOBIN MEDIA CENTER

The scope of work includes abatement of pipe insulation and tiles as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about April 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at boston.gov/procurement Event ID EV00015780 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All prospective bidders will meet at the Tobin Community Center, 1483 Tremont Street, Boston.

Deadline for questions: April 21, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 2:00 p.m. on April 29, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
