PMD – COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AT 201-221R RIVERMOOR STREET

The scope of work includes comprehensive Property Management services at 201-221R Rivermoor Street, West Roxbury, as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about March 31, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at https://procurement.boston.gov/psupplierportal Event ID EV00015553 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Deadline for questions: April 17, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

A site visit is scheduled for April 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interested Proposers shall meet in the lobby of at 201 Rivermoor Street, West Roxbury. See RFP for further instructions.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on April 24, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
