3.   Request authorization to terminate the lease with Topologic, Inc. for Suite #805 at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4.   Request authorization to execute a lease with Parallel Fluidics, Inc. for Suite #802 and 500 square feet of first-floor space at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for 3 years and 7 months, commencing March 1, 2025, and a 3-year term renewal option.

5.   Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a Climate Expert to advise the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance to train and place people in jobs that advance a climate-ready workforce.

6.   Request authorization to issue a Request for Proposals for a contractor to provide outreach, job coaching, and development services to support the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance.

7.   Request authorization to execute a contract with United Elevator Company Inc. for elevator maintenance services in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for 2 years, with 3 one-year term extensions, and for a contract amount not to exceed $358,200 annually.
