MASONRY WORK AT 95/97 MAGAZINE STREET

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites bids for the performance of Repairs and improvements on the block masonry building at 95/97 Magazine Street as further described in the specifications, which may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00015263 beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, December 9, 2024.  

 

THE SCOPE OF WORK: perform repairs and improvements on the block masonry building to ensure structural integrity, weather tightness, aesthetic appeal, and long-term durability. The work will include repointing, repairing or replacing damaged masonry, and addressing lintels as necessary.

  The City has arranged a site visit for Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 12:00 pm. Prospective bidders will meet PMD’s representative at 95-97 Magazine Street, Boston, MA in the parking lot.

Bids can be filed electronically before 1:00 P.M. on January 7, 2025 at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 1:00 P.M. on January 7, 2025
