Application was submitted via Pathway 2 and includes healthcare, multifamily housing, office, services, education, lodging, retail, storage, assembly, food sales & services, and manufacturing uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance.*Continued from the October 15, 2024 meeting.
