Resilient Bennington Street and Fredericks Park Project (Phases II and III)
The City of Boston, acting by the Office of Climate Resilience (City Hall Room 709, Boston, MA, 02201) and in partnership with the City of Revere, is seeking proposals for technical services in support of coastal resilience infrastructure and recreational open space design, engineering, and permitting for a regional project spanning Bennington Street in East Boston and Fredericks Park in Revere. Consultant services include project management, community and stakeholder engagement support, 50% design development for the full project area in East Boston and Revere (including Bennington Street, Fredericks Park, and other adjacent areas); and 75-100% design and permitting for Bennington Street in East Boston.
Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) containing proposal requirements, selection criteria, and other relevant information will be available from the City’s purchasing website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00014872 or at the City of Boston’s Office of Climate Resilience, Room 709, Boston City Hall, Boston MA 02201 from Monday, September 23, 2024, until the proposed deadline.
To apply, project proposal submissions must include a technical proposal and a separate price proposal. All proposals must be received via the Supplier Portal by the City of Boston Office of Climate Resilience on or before 5:00 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024.
