Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a grant award in the amount not to exceed Two Million Five-Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety-Seven Dollars ($2,562,297) from the Boston Planning & Development Agency, for the construction and management of transportation improvements projects.

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a grant from the Federal Highway Administration, through the Massachusetts Departments of Transportation, Highway Division of Seven Million Five Hundred One Thousand Two Hundred dollars ($7,501,200) to be administered by the Boston Transportation Department and the Boston Public Works Department. This grant is a portion of the design costs for the Sullivan Square/Rutherford Avenue Project.

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000.00) and any interest accrued thereon-received in the form of annual Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) payments and held in an interest-bearing escrow fund until designated for use by the City-for the Sullivan Square Infrastructure Project.

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Thirty-Eight Thousand ($38,000.00) in the form of a grant for the MHC FY24 Survey and Planning Grant Phase II, awarded by the United States Department of the Interior, passed through the Massachusetts Historical Commission, to be administered by the Office of Historic Preservation. The grant will fund Phase II of the East Boston Survey Update. The aim of Phase II is to produce new and updated inventory forms for properties in East Boston's Orient Heights area.

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Five Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars ($539,256.00) in the form of a grant, for the MassEVIP Charging Stations, awarded by MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs to be administered by the Transportation Department. The grant will fund sixty (60) electric vehicle charging stations under the Massachusetts Electric Vehicle Incentive Program (MassEVIP) Public Access Charging (PAC) Program.

Message and order for your approval an Order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a grant from the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) in the amount not to exceed Four Million Three Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars and Sixty-Six Cents Financial Center, The Victor (Simpson Parcel), 1501 Commonwealth Avenue, 1397-1305 Blue Hill Avenue, BIDMC New Inpatient Building, 1350 Boylston Street, 76 Stoney Road, Seaport Square Northern Avenue Bridge, 745 Atlantic Avenue, 370-380 Harrison Avenue, Boston University Center- Dental School, Boston Landing, 780 Morrissey Boulevard, 289 Walk Hill Street, Allston Yard Building A, 61-83 Braintree Street, and Belvidere Street Student Housing Project.

Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00) in the form of a grant, for the Reconnecting Communities-Pilot Program, awarded by the United States Department of Transportation. The grant will fund the assessment of the feasibility of reconnecting the Chinatown neighborhood that was bisected by the construction of I-90.
