Fields Corner Branch Library Collection Move & Storage

Bids will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bidders for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Fields Corner Branch Library Collection Move & Storage. 

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

Bids shall be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

There will be a mandatory on-site walk-through of the Fields Corner Branch Library at 1520 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, MA 02122 on Tuesday, June 25th, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. Boston Time hosted by the Capital Project Coordinator. Please RSVP by Monday, June 24th, 2024, by 2:00 P.M. Boston Time to business@bpl.org. 

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about 9:00 A.M., Boston time, Tuesday, June 11th, 2024.
