Lease of spaces at Bruce C Bolling Building

The request for proposals (RFP) package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013726 or at 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 beginning at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, May 6, 2024 until the proposal filing deadline.

The request for proposals (RFP) package describes in greater detail 1) the City’s goal that the proposer contribute to the activation of Nubian Square, 2) the physical description of the space, 3) lease terms, 4) proposal submission requirements, and 5) the evaluation and selection process.

The City has arranged for site visits on, Wednesday, May 22nd, Thursday, May 30th and Monday, June 3, 2024 all at 10:00 a.m., at the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building, located at 2300 Washington Street, Roxbury, MA. Interested proposers are strongly encouraged to attend one of the scheduled site visits.

Proposals can be filed electronically on or before 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 on the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy proposals can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
