1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the March 14, 2024, Board Meeting.
LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT
2. Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with Droplette, Inc., remove Suite #503 from the Lease Premise at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, extend the lease term to March 31, 2028, and settle outstanding debt.
3. Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston, acting by and through its Department of Public Works, authorizing the use and payment for fuel and services provided by the Fleet Maintenance Unit for the period from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, at a total cost not to exceed $250,000.

4. Request authorization to award Final Designation status to 22 Drydock, LLC, a joint venture between Related Beal, Boston Real Estate Investment Fund and Kavanaugh Advisory Group, for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the EDIC-owned 20 and 22 Drydock Avenue site located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
