FLOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECTS

The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the awarding authority), invites sealed bids for the above-titled project, subject to the applicable provisions of the law, including, without limitation, M.G.L. c.149 as amended, and by the terms and conditions of the law of the contract documents entitled: “Floor Replacement Projects at Various Boston Public Schools’.

The City intends to award up to 1 (one) contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder. 

PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS will be available after noon, March 13, 2024, at the Office Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd floor, Boston, MA 02125.  No deposit is required. Electronic copies are available upon request via email at bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.

  1. March 18, 2024, 6:00 AM: James F. Condon K-8 School at 200 D Street, South Boston, MA 02127
  2. March 18, 2024, 7:00 AM: Excel High School at 95 G Street, South Boston, MA 02127
  3. March 18, 2024, 8:00 AM: Hennigan K-8 School at 200 Heath Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130
  4. March 19, 2024, 6:00 AM: Holmes Innovation School at 40 School Street, Dorchester MA, 02124
  5. March 19, 2024, 7:00 AM: UP Academy Holland School at 85 Olney Street, Dorchester, MA 02121
  6. March 19, 2024, 8:00 AM: Winthrop Elem School at 35 Brookford Street, Dorchester, MA 02125
  7. March 20, 2024, 7:00 AM: East Boston High School at 86 White Street, East Boston, MA 02128

General Bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before noon (Boston time) on March 27, 2024, and opened forthwith.
