2024 Operations and Management of Mobile Concessions

The City of Boston, acting by and through the Fund for Parks and Recreation c/o Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for the performance of the services generally described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents.

The Documents shall be available at the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118 on Monday, February 26, 2024 or available on the City of Boston website at  boston.gov/procurement at EV00013225.

This contract is procured under the provision of Ch. 45§5A.

All sealed proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the documents. The completed document package must be submitted as follows: One (1) signed Original Price Proposal and three (3) copies of the Non-Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope labeled: 2024 Operations and Management of Mobile Concessions. 

All proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00PM on Thursday, March 7th, 2024, to the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Boston MA 02118.

The contract awarded pursuant to this Request for Proposals shall be for a term of one (1) year, with the option of a 1 year renewal, commencing on or about April 1, 2024 and ending on September 30, 2024. 

Scheduled site visits will be held as stated in the Request for Proposals.
