PHC 1.  On a joint petition by 88 NOWA LLC and the Boston Redevelopment Authority (d/b/a the Boston Planning & Development Agency) for the Vertical Discontinuance of a portion of North Washington Street (public way), Boston Proper, located on its westerly side at address no. 88 north of Anthony "Rip" Valenti Way, vertically above the grade of the sidewalk.
