    1.     Request authorization to issue a Certification of Approval pursuant to Article 80E, Small Project Review of the Zoning Code, for the proposed construction of the Holocaust Museum located at 125 Tremont Street; and to take all related actions.

    Brighton

    2.     Request authorization to issue a Preliminary Adequacy Determination waiving further review pursuant to Article 80B, Large Project Review of the Zoning Code, for the proposed construction of 211 rental units and 18 homeownership units; including 38 IDP rental units and 3 IDP homeownership units; a 43,459 SF grocery store, 7,295 SF of retail space, 275 car parking spaces, 229 bicycle parking spaces, and 19 Blue Bike bicycle parking spaces, located at 15 Washington Street; and to take all related actions.

     

    PLANNING AND ZONING

    3.     Request authorization to petition the Zoning Commission (1) to adopt text amendments to Articles 90 and 2 of the Zoning Code; and (2) to amend Zoning Maps 6A/B/C and E to consolidate and simplify the code and create three new industrial subdistricts; and (3) to redraw district boundaries in maps 6A/B/C and E and establish the Newmarket 21st Century Industrial District; and (4) to move currently industrial areas on Map 6A/B/C to Map 6E to implement zoning recommendations from PLAN: Newmarket, The 21st Century Economy Initiative; and to take all related actions.

    4.     Request authorization to petition the Boston Zoning Commission to adopt a text amendment to Article 80B-2.5 Waiver of Large Project Review Requirements for Certain Projects to Preserve or Create Affordable Housing of the Boston Zoning Code, in connection with the Mayor's Executive Order to streamline approval of Affordable Housing; and to take all related actions.
