I.T.      

1.     Commission Authorization to Award a Contract to Purchase wireless and 

                         telecommunications services from Verizon Wireless/Verizon New England, Inc.    

                         for 2024.These services will be purchased under a Commonwealth of   

                         Massachusetts state contract and/or GSA.

2.      Commission Authorization to Utilize the currently approved Commonwealth of 

  Massachusetts State Contracts , General Services Agreements (GSA), and   

  Authorized Consortium/Collaborative Agreements for the purchase of IT  

  hardware and miscellaneous supplies in 2024

3.      Commission Authorization to Execute a contract with Itineris for development   

  and support services for the UMAX Customer Information/Billing System and to 

  Waive the advertisement requirement and purchase these services under sole 

  source procurement.

1.        Commission Authorization to Exercise the option to extend the contract of 

          Withum, Smith & Brown P.C. as the Commission Independent Auditors for

          the three-year period.
