Bids shall be on a form supplied by PFD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to sections 26-27, 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: - Community Academy of Science & Health School- Project No. 7285.

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications, work includes removal and replacement of the existing built-up roof at Roof Area Nos. 3 and 8. The contractor shall apply a fluid applied restoration coating to Roof Area Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9. 

All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, One City Hall Square, on or before 12 p.m. on November 16, 2023.

All general bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, One City Hall Square, on or before 12 p.m. on November 30, 2023.

Plans and specifications will be available on or about October 30, 2023. Plans and specifications are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through. bid.info@boston.gov.
