Message and order for your approval an Ordinance to support public safety as the City doubles down on our public health-led approach to the crises of mental health, substance use, and unsheltered homelessness concentrated in the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Melnea Cass Boulevard.

This matter was sponsored by Mayor Michelle Wu and was referred to the Committee on August 30, 2023.
