Virtual Tree Removal Hearing - Brighton
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 87, the Boston Parks and Recreation Department will hold a virtual public hearing on the request to one (1) public shade tree at 22 Armington Street in Brighton.

The request is for the removal of one Norway Maple tree measuring 15 inches dbh (diameter at breast height) at 22 Armington Street in Brighton in order for the City of Boston Public Works Engineering Division to reconstruct the sidewalks and roadway on Armington Street in Brighton and provide an ADA compliant accessible path of travel at this location.
The hearing will be held remotely on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 10 a.m. via ZOOM.

Public comments, questions or objections to the removal of these trees must be submitted in writing prior to or during the hearing to the Tree Warden, Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3rd floor, Roxbury, MA 02118 or by emailing parks@boston.gov with “Brighton Tree Hearing” in the subject line.
